Hi everyone!
I was just playing around with my Photoshop Elements 6 (yes, it is ancient and I need to upgrade. lol) and made this. Just for fun...hehehe!
The image is by Tiddly Inks and is called "Belle" you can find her HERE. I colored her with Copics, used Stickles on her dress, and then scanned her in to my computer and started playing.
All of the digital papers and elements are made by Designs by Sarah (yep, the same Sarah who created/designed my beautiful blog!) you can find her shop HERE. I had told you guys (in a past post) about a sale Sarah had on her items...I bought about $500.00 worth of digital papers and elements for $25.00! Seriously!!! She is an amazing digital artist and some of her papers and elements are to die for!

Tracy, this truly looks like a photo on a framed picture. You did an awesome job. Off to check out Sarah's site. I love printing digital papers.
