So I purchased some new digital Simply Betty Stamps last night and I couldn't wait to play with them. Despite the super annoying headache that I've had the last two days...I did a layout and I LOVE IT!!!
Hope you enjoy!
P.S. If you like this stamp, please check out SimplyBettyStamps.blogspot.com and become a follower! When she reaches 300 followers she will be giving away a free digital stamp!!!

Here is my finished product! I love pink! The Bubbly paper is from Reminisce. When I bought this paper I honestly didn't know how or when I would ever use it...but it was so stinkin' cute! As soon as I saw the bubble gum I thought of it right away! Yay! Bubble border was cut from Stamping solutions Cricut cart and I put a lacy ribbon over it. |
Close up of Rio School Girl by Simply Betty Stamps. You can see the textured look of the background a little better in this photo. I just used some lace to frame the picture (the ribbon is from Walmart and is by Offray.) |
Color list for Rio. By the way, I totally messed up her eyes and made them really dark blue. I did her eyes last and had colored the rest of her and didn't want to totally redo her. So, I blended the dark blue to one part of the eye. Then I took my white Souffle pen and went over the little circles. The white part of her eyes were messed up from blending the blue...so I went over it with a pearly white copic...it still looked bad so I went over them with the clear copic Atyou Spice pen and just made them glittery...it turned out ok afterall! |
I used that little piece of towel and put some blending solution on it to give the background a textured look. |
