I'm not really sure what papers these are (they are several years old.) I think the polka dots are from a Nana's Kids stack from JoAnn's.
Embellies: Heart is a Recollections sticker from Michaels (it comes with the term "Sweet") Sticker dots around image are the same brand and also bought at Michaels.
