This was done for the LID Challenge on the Cricut Message Boards.  I love this layout but I had other pictures in mind and couldn't find them.  I may change out the pics later.  Papers and rub-ons are Imaginisce, the brad is MME Li'l Robots, Title is Rock Princess, Cassette Tape is Indie Art, the center square is from Winter Woodland, the circle is from George, and the border is from Stamping. It sounds funny that I used my carts to cut my circle and square but I just learned how to use the layers on my Gypsy so it was much easier to layout.
This was the layout we were to follow this week.  I changed mine up a bit this week.  I figure that I have to do what best suits my pictures...and it's not really a contest but more of a showcase.  I like to see how different everyone's look just by using different papers, topics, and styles.  And, it keeps me motivated to scrap at least a few times per week.

This is a page that I started a while back and set aside because I wasn't sure what else it needed.  I picked it up last night and all I added was the border of hearts at the bottom.  I kind of like this one just being simple.  All of the polka dots, buttons, and stripes are just stickers.  I added the brads on the right and cut out "Love" from Home Accents.  Then I embossed the red embossing powder on the heart with a stamp I have.  This was one of my first attempts at using heat and the embossing powders.  I love the effect it gives!  And, whenever I emboss with a heat gun now...I always think of my BF Val because when she was learning how to use the heat gun she ended up burning three holes all the way through the thick plastic glitter/funnel tray.  : )

Great layouts, Tracy! I also use my Cricut to cut simple shapes...it is so much easier using the Gypsy to do that. Really helps to save paper that way :)

I love the row of hearts border. Did you weld them with Gypsy??

@ Maria - Yes, I welded the row of hearts with my G! The hearts are from Cindy Loo's borders. I love them too!

Sorry for word verification but I've been getting a ton of spam lately. Hope that doesn't deter your comments! Thanks!
